Apollon Property Group

 

The Apollon Property Group is a direct owner of a real estate portfolio in the Czech Republic. We have been on the market for more than 18 years.

The Apollon Property Group pursues its business mission in the Czech real estate market through two business lines:

  • an investment division focused on shor-term or long-term leasing and
  • a development division for the preparation, construction and sale of new real estate projects on the Czech market

Apollon Property's development and targets

Financing

From the very beginning, Apollon Property's goal has been to provide a stable, secure, regulated platform for efficient financing of real estate. Real estate investments are defined as direct ownership of property by Apollon Property or indirect ownership as equity interests in special purpose vehicles owning real estate.

Portfolio

The portfolio was established between 2007 and 2011, with a focus on the ownership, management and rental of apartment buildings. Apollon Property, or its legal predecessors, successively owned a total of 1,296 flats in Olomouc. Currently, the portfolio represents more than 450 residential units located in Olomouc and Znojmo, which are more than 97% leased on a long-term basis.

Structure

Apollon Property Group makes new investments directly or via their subsidiaries. They carry out business through their investment division (directly Apollon Property) or development division as real estate SPVs.

Development

Apollon Property Group's development division was established in 2017. Over the course of eight years, the division has been implementing or already completed 10 real estate projects in the Czech market.
