The Oskarka Residence project is the first living green house in České Budějovice. The architectural design from the renowned studio BKarchitekti s.r.o. emphasizes high-quality urbanism, timeless architecture and harmonious integration into the urban structure. Our group prepared the project from the acquisition of the land to obtaining a final zoning decision. At this stage, we successfully sold the project to a development company, which followed up with further steps leading to implementation.
