One of the largest housing projects in South Bohemia, established in cooperation with the City of České Budějovice. It consists of 317 apartments which will be built in several stages. The project is complemented by newly emerging infrastructure (kindergarten, pharmacy, medical facilities). It is located in close proximity to the centre and the largest employers in České Budějovice. The project is designed for families with children. Also suitable for subsequent rental of apartments.
