Garden Residence

We present to you a large-scale development project that brings modern and functional urban housing in a newly emerging residential area. The project includes four sections of apartment buildings with a total of 317 residential units, supplemented by two parking lots that will ensure sufficient parking spaces for residents. It also includes a multifunctional building with administrative spaces, services and a kindergarten, which will expand the civic amenities of the location. A water area will be created in the courtyard within the complex, and new areas for waste management, including sorted waste, will be added as well.
